How plans are activated

TagViora subscription plans are activated by the Super Admin after account approval. The website and Android app do not necessarily collect subscription payments automatically.

Refund eligibility

Refunds, where a payment has been made, are assessed according to the agreed commercial terms, payment circumstances and applicable consumer law. We do not promise an automatic or unconditional refund.

Cancellation

Contact support to request cancellation or clarify remaining plan validity. Cancellation or account deletion does not automatically establish refund eligibility.

Request support

Please provide your registered company name, mobile number, plan details, payment reference (if any) and reason. Do not send card details or passwords.

Processing

Our team will review requests and communicate the decision and applicable timeline. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
