Information we collect

When you register or use TagViora, we process company name, user name, mobile number, optional email and address, FSSAI number when supplied, product details, barcode values, label designs and templates, subscription status, and print-job records. Authentication and verification generate token and OTP-related records.

How we use information

We use information to register and authenticate accounts, verify mobile numbers, enable administrator approval, activate subscriptions, manage products and labels, provide printing features, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain service security.

Service providers and disclosures

Verification or service messages may be processed through a WhatsApp messaging provider. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data to operate the service. We do not claim to sell personal information. Data may be disclosed where legally required.

App permissions and device access

The Android app may request access to images or files to add label artwork, and Bluetooth, USB or local network access to connect to supported printers. Permission usage depends on the features actually enabled and must be confirmed against the released Android build.

Storage and security

Account data, product records and label designs may be stored on TagViora servers. We use authentication and technical safeguards; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal or security obligations. You may request account and associated data deletion using our Account Deletion page. We will review and process verified requests, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. You can manage optional device permissions in Android settings.
